1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okbate ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing access to and use of the website located at okbate.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and support features offered therein.

By accessing the okbate website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the okbate platform.

okbate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice above indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of okbate. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. The English version is the binding version. Any translation provided for reference purposes does not alter the meaning or interpretation of the English text. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.

Jurisdiction

okbate operates as an online entertainment platform. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the procedures set out in Section 8 of this document. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial features on okbate, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the criteria set out in this section.

Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on okbate, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okbate has a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on okbate. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers online gambling platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on okbate at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names, using the same or different payment methods, or from the same IP address or device — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, okbate reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending an investigation. Balances found to be free of fraudulent activity will be returned to the player through the original deposit method.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow third parties to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. okbate will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC)

okbate reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is applied in good faith to protect both the player and the platform.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

okbate accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. We do not accept foreign currencies and we do not process international card transactions. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted through the local payment infrastructure available to players in Bangladesh.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on okbate:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The cashier section of your account dashboard will always display the current list of active methods. okbate does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Deposits used solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to play may be flagged as bonus abuse and investigated accordingly.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2–5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• okbate reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 4 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

Currency and Exchange

All transactions on okbate are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not offer currency conversion services. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees that may be applied by their payment provider if they fund their payment wallet from a foreign currency source.

4. Bonus & Promotional Terms

okbate offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general conditions below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified account in good standing.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
• okbate reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect the position of players who have already opted into the promotion in question.
• Any attempt to exploit or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. As a general guide, standard welcome bonuses on okbate carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino table games, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher typically contribute 100%. The exact contribution rates for each game or market will be displayed in the cashier or promotion-specific terms at the time the bonus is active.

Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. The standard validity period for welcome bonuses is 30 days from the date of crediting. Seasonal and event-specific promotions may carry shorter validity periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on okbate, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and restrictions apply to every account holder without exception.

You Are Obligated To:

• Provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete personal information on your account profile.
• Notify okbate immediately if your contact details change or if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the platform.
• Engage respectfully with other players and support staff in any interactive feature of the platform.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated betting system to interact with the platform.
• Match Fixing or Corruption: Any involvement in or knowledge of the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on okbate.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to move, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for genuine transactions made on the platform.

okbate uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where criminal activity is suspected.

6. Age Restriction & Verification

okbate operates a strict 18+ policy. The platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited, and okbate takes its responsibility in this regard with the utmost seriousness.

Age Verification Process

All new players are required to confirm at the point of registration that they are 18 years of age or older. In addition, okbate reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued document that confirms the holder's date of birth.

Where age cannot be verified to okbate's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and all funds held pending resolution. If it is determined that an account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets will be voided, all bonuses will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the originating payment method minus any applicable transaction costs.

Parental Responsibility

If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor in your care may be accessing gambling websites, we strongly recommend the use of parental control and internet filtering software. Several free and paid tools are available that can restrict access to gambling sites across all devices in a household. okbate supports these efforts and encourages responsible digital parenting.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

okbate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Equally, players have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email.

Grounds for Operator-Initiated Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Identification of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• A request from a law enforcement authority, payment processor, or regulatory body.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under okbate's responsible gaming framework.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player who wishes to close their account may do so by contacting support at any time. You are not required to provide a reason. Upon receipt of a closure request, okbate will process any outstanding withdrawable balance (subject to verification) to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 6 months to a permanent exclusion with no end date. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to access any gambling features on the platform. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbate, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; interruptions to service due to maintenance, third-party outages, or network issues; errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures; or any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Platform Availability

okbate makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control — including internet infrastructure failures, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability. okbate will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Game Integrity and Errors

All games available on okbate are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event that a game malfunction, software error, or data feed failure results in an incorrect outcome, okbate reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter by requesting a review by senior management. okbate is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okbate platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text content, and software — is the intellectual property of okbate or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
